Drool Du Jour: Delfina Delettrez
This gorgeous metal "collar" would add some seriously girl-boner pizzazz to any plain-jane shift dress or shirt and denim combo. Many thanks to Manrepeller for the applicable jargon.

Drool Du Jour: Derek Lam
Derek Lam shoulder bag. That metal piece at the latch is the perfect example of why Derek Lam's accessories line will never be Forever-21ified using a polyester/pleather blend.

Reader Appreciation
Fashiontoast
Makes me even happier that I decided to cut the lining out of an old vintage toule skirt.
Jak & Jil
The Burberry shearling motorcycle jacket is the dream.
Manrepeller
Especially chic is the fact that the name of this jpeg file had been saved as "bestpictureofmanrepellerever".

"The Art of Collaboration"
Alex Prager
Bottega Veneta campain
Looking at Bottega Veneta's spring campaign I immediately thought of "The Birds" and the staged work of contemporary photographer, Alex Prager (who was in the New Photography exhibit at MoMA recently)...and then upon further research about this uncanny coincidence I found out that the creative director of BV, Tomas Maier, selects a different photographer each season to help with the branding of their company....AND....his pick for SS 2011 was Alex Prager... shocker. Look at the compared works above and the video of putting together the campaign here
